"Send to Maya" opens Maya 2019 (when sending from Max2020) and UPDATE does not w

How could I solve this?

The scene (small simple scene without animation) comes through,

but when I press the green update "Update" button in Maya (after modeling a bit the mesh), then nothing comes back to Max.

All I get is in Maya:

I have both versions (2019 and 2020 installed for Max and for Maya)

Because I do not know, how this works and what I can expect it to do, Iam asking here...

Thanks it worked, but the Vray RenderSettings were broken 😞
