Broken color grading/lighting on render

Hey,

First of all I'd like to clarify that I may be using wrong words, English isn't my native language!

I come to you guys again cause my GF is having some issues with 3DsMax or so she thinks.

I'll try to be as clear as possible and if you think it's not software based or I'm posting on the wrong sub, I'll try somewhere else but I think you may understand.

She's working on a 1 min short and she just realised that the render doesn't look the same at all on her computer and on her phone.

So, as I'm used to issues like this I tried the best I could to eliminate causes.

I suggested trying another monitor at her school (project is made there). She tried with a brand new monitor and it came out the same as on the first monitor.
I tried on my android, on her iPhone and on a MacBook and there, light and colors were flat.
She tried to calibrate her screen with a Spyder something and it didn't work, it seems it's broken as it's old and used 150 times a day in the entire school.

Now I suggested looking at the color space but I don't know anything about the software.

I'm kind of lost but want to help so.. As always, I'm coming to you guys. What do you think?

Save the images as tiff, then use another software, like premier to generate the video.
