3ds Max in pivot point is flicking.

when i create somthing mesh or lights in 3ds Max mesh or lights pivot point is flicking,so what happened to the 3ds max i didn't understand.

Thanks for your example. That's definitely strange, and I'm wondering if you could check the following:

Can you go to your video card manufacturer's website, then download and install the latest drivers for your video card? (Don't rely on Windows update or the Nvidia or AMD control panel/update options to confirm what drivers are installed.)
What's your overall PC setup? Is this happening on a desktop or laptop? In addition, how many monitors do you have connected to your PC?
Do you have a touchpad, trackball or any other input device attached to your PC besides your regular mouse? It almost seems as if there's a mouse driver conflict when hovering over the Pivot Point command, so I just wanted to check.
