    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those really early versions sometimes show up on ebay&amp;nbsp; - of course their only value is as a collector's item - but I have picked up a few over the years. &lt;P&gt;You can't.&amp;nbsp; You can go current version - 3 if subscribing, but old versions are no longer available.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although "legacy" copies of 3ds Max or 3D Studio for MS-DOS can't really be installed and authorized today, the old boxed copies are interesting as historical items. (Especially the packaging and the printed docs.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
