I'm trying to import .vrscene file as a real geometry but looks like Vray for 3ds max doesn't support it. I have made some model in SketchUp where have been used some of vray proxy meshes together with real geometry. I can export it like .skp file which could be opened in 3ds max without problems. What can't be said about vray proxy meshes used in a scene. So I can export it as .vrscene file. But as long as probably vray for max is not able to import it as a real geometry I have to save an .skp file with a model modelled in Sketchup and now I need also import here some vray proxy meshes used in SketchUp project. So the problem is that I'd like to import these proxy meshes in order they could be placed at the same coordinates, rotation, scale, etc. as these same meshes were placed in SketchUp project being the proxy meshes. By the way, I can't make vray proxy meshes have an option show "the whole mesh" because of SketchUp will not be able to open so heavy count of polygons which these proxy meshes got. So the only way I suppose is to make these proxy meshes as bounding boxes in SketchUp and then when I will import an .skp file with a real geometry I can just import in max same proxies and place them by these bounding boxes. But it's not so fast as I need to do it manually and not only placing but also rotating, scaling etc.
