Select some knots in the SplineShape using C#

I hope some knots can be selected using C# ,I found some functions to do it .But no success！

private static IGlobal g = GlobalInterface.Instance;

private static readonly int t = core.Time;

...
IObject sobj = Nodes[0].ObjectRef.FindBaseObject();
ISplineShape spl = (ISplineShape)sobj;

IBitArray verts = g.BitArray.Create(1);

IISplineSelect ss = ??

spl.SetVertSel(verts, ss, t);

I can't get the "ss", so I need your help.
