3ds Max crashing when starup, script controller error.

Hi. I was suggested to uninstall 3dsmax 2018 by 'MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta' and reinstall it but it doesn't work even though I also install the 3dsmax security tool too. This situation happened before but it fixes after I install the security tool... For now, my 3dsmax still closes immediately after it pops up the window shown in the image above. Should I delete any files in scripts>startup or uninstall any program besides 3dsmax 2018 like MAXtoA, Material Library 2018, or others before I reinstall?

Hi Cantind thanks for reply. Based the solution in the article that you suggested, it not works for my issue. I can't run the 3dsmax which means I can't open the Command Panel to detect "ALC2". I also try to install the Security Tools 1.3.0 but it still crashing.
