Hello everybody! I rendered an image with Vray 3ds Max and even though the image that I see in my viewport when the render is finished is ok, when I saved it, the image appears all white!! Please find below a print-screen of the rendered and the saved image. Can you please help me? I just started learning 3ds Max so I would really appreciate your help!! Thank you in advance! 🙂

Are you using Vray Sky and a Physical Camera?
Your exposure settings may be set too low, or your sun/sky light intensity too high (or you may have duplicated one).

Thank you so much for your quick response!! Yes I am using Physical Camera and I am using Vray Sun and Vray Dome Light (I found some settings from a tutorial as I am not familiar with 3ds Max). Can you please recommend the best Vray settings for lighting? Please find also below my settings:

1. Dome Light out of the building:

2. Vray Sun:

Thank you once again!!

Hi @Anonymous , in your first screen shot I can see that you are adjusting the exposure of the image in the V-Ray Frame Buffer. I don't believe that changes there will carry over to the saved image, just how it is displayed in the viewport (it says 'Display Only' right by the setting).

Press the 8 key to bring up your Exposure settings, and adjust those to get the right level of correction for your scene. An Exposure Value of 15 is good for an outdoor scene being lit with daylight, and lower numbers will brighten the look overall. What works best depends on your scene lighting.
