Help converting a .max file to something printable?

Hi all,

So I recently downloaded a model for 3d printing, but for whatever reason it came out as .max plus some .dds files. No program I currently have is capable of opening the .max file, nor have I been able to find a converter capable of changing the file type... and the .dds files I'm honestly not sure what even are 😅

Any chance any of you would want to try converting it to, say, an .stl file?

Here it is in ASCII and Binary at the set level of smoothness for the opensubdiv applied.
