    <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like there is something wrong with that model before you ever try to export it. Someone sent you that object, correct? Maybe have them export it as an .obj or some other format and see how that works. If other models are fine, then it seems to me that it points to that one model having an issue, not Max.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hy this is anas sajjad, i am facing a issue in 3ds max. client send me a object for a game. that object is for 3d printing. but i reduce the faces in maya and try to import in 3ds max 2016(i am using this version because a plugin which i am using support only 2016 version). but when i import that fbx/obj.&amp;nbsp; mesh is not importing properly . only showing outlines. can you please guide me how to import it properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check the zip file and please guide me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens if you "don't" reduce the faces in Maya before saving and importing into Max? The face reduction might be causing the problem. Once you have it in Max, you can reduce the faces there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, it sounds like you are using a plugin to import the Maya file and not Max's natives importers. It's possible that plugin is malfunctioning and maybe needs to be reinstalled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;same this is happening before reducing the face even when i import this model and in the same scene i import other's. other model are also behaving like this only outline is showing. but when i just import other models all models are working perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and i am using plugins only for exporting from 3ds max in other format. and the plugin is working perfectly with other models.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
