IO error path issue

Hi I just installed 2021 and 2022.

And every time both versions start, there's an io error like this.

I've googled about the Io error but still I don't get it. How to set valid paths?

If you know how, let me know please.

And I'm using windows 10.

3ds Max can be restored by deleting custom files or folders. They will be created automatically the next time you start the program. This procedure only applies to logged in active users, because 3ds Max saves settings for each user profile on Windows.

- Reset custom 3ds Max settings
- Make sure 3ds Max is not running.
- Make sure that hidden files/folders show up in Windows.
- Go to the following directory:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\20XX - 64bit\ENU

Rename the ENU folder to ENU_old.
When you launch 3ds Max, an ENU folder will be created.

After formatting my computer, the path problem was solved.
