Command panel UI two row problem positioning six tabs above right side row

In 3ds max 2020, I set up a two row command panel on the left side of the UI. The six tabs were positioned above the right row which is good for easy mouse access. In 3ds max 2022, the six tabs are positioned above the left row. Is there a way to move the tabs to the position I had in 2020?

Perhaps Autodesk has removed the option of main tabs automatically positioning on the side of a multi-row panel that is closest to viewports. Anyway, my efficiency has dropped since upgrading because every time I try to select the modify tab, I select the create shape tab instead, because it's the second tab on the right now.

Thanks for reporting, I've added a link to this new report of the issue to our already logged defect so it can be considered for it's prioritization, This has not been done on purpose, sorry for the inconveniences.
