    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like the pop up blocker had prevented all the files from being downloaded and I had to use MS Edge, rather than Chrome to download the files. Looks like it's downloading them all now finally &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem installing Max 2022 Service Packs/Product Updates</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently installed Max2022. Having downloaded the 3 product updates (or service packs for us veterans!) none of them are installing:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3ds Max 2022.1 Update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3ds Max 2022.2 Update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3ds Max 2022.3 Update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I presume these are still cumulative so may only need to install the latest one issued in Dec 8th 2021 but I get this error message when it's trying to install any of them:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not downloaded yet"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you download all the files?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you read the file name it tells you how many files are needed for each one&lt;/P&gt;</description>
