Issue Installing 3ds max, "insert disk"?

here's my issue, I downloaded the installer content folder, and when hit set up it ask me for "insert disk", I think is asking for the AdSSO so I go to the folder and select the .msi and this pop, I have been having the same issue for years now, how is that this issue is not fixed yet?

anyway any help?

I've never seen that one before, but a quick google yields this link. Might be helpful. Is your G drive a shared folder? Might be an access rights issue. I typically allow it to unpack the C: where it wants to, perhaps it can't run from certain folders or network locations.

Looks like a problem with the security tools as noted. Maybe info in this thread can help.
