Multiple install files not downloading - pop-up blocker disabled as per Autodesk help

I have a perpetual license for 3ds Max 2019, which isn't available directly from my account as it is an old perpetual license. I contacted support through chat who provided a download link.

The download link only downloaded one file and when trying to install says some download files are missing.

NOTE:

The product is not available direct from Autodesk account as it is 2019 so cannot change the download method.

I have disabled pop-blocker as per support suggestion and as per article by Autodesk and tried multiple browsers with the same issue.

I have been emailing support who basically said to post here - I have searched all articles but none respond to this specific issue.

Many thanks for the response - nope, already tried that on all types of browser I'm afraid.

I managed to get individual download links in the end from tech support directly.
