Missing Viewcube

I looked this up and the answers are pretty much the same. Click the + at top left of viewport and turn on Viewcube. Checking my settings, Viewcube is checked, checked for all views and checked to orthographic, which I work in. Viewcube missing on all projects and when creating new. Is there something new to 2022 that I am unaware of?

It definitely got me thinking of a fix. A suggestion was to check the graphic driver. I checked and my graphic driver was correct but I went and updated my driver and that solved it.
