There is a 1-3 second delay between actions (folder click) which suggests something is wrong here in the code. Also seeing a major cpu spike just to change dir on the dialogue box. I have checked this across multiple high-end machines with different specs and it's the same. 3dsmax is seriously expensive software why isn't this caught and fixed before release.
