FYI. I have run the file bloat script on one of the files. It seems to have resolved the issue on that file. Hopefully that is all it is. Stin'n file bloat.

I am using 3dsmax 2023 (with corona) on windows 10.

I have noticed recently that there is a huge lag when I try to exit 3dsmax. It often takes about 4-5 mins for it to ‘close any file’? Has anyone come across this before?

I have mentioned ‘corona’ as I recently installed the latest hotfix. Not sure if Autodesk or corona is causing the lag upon exit.
