      <title>Failed to open index file error when running analysis in DOS, Windows 10</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get the following error/warning which occurs after each converged time step, when the analysis is run through the command window/DOS. Issue only arising after update to windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR [FileUpdater]: Failed to open index file: \LastDelta.txt at SetLastIndex&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error occurs for all analyses run, so far convergence does not seem to be affected, is this error causing any hidden/background issues to be concerned about?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
