&lt;P&gt;Not sure what might be going on.&amp;nbsp; Have you tried running &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/simulation-mechanical/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-run-regall-bat.html?st=regall.bat" target="_blank"&gt;REGALL.BAT&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp; Does running as administrator help?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You could try the &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/simulation-mechanical/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Results-window-is-not-viewable-in-Simulation-Mechanical.html?st=ribbon" target="_blank"&gt;advanced method in this help article&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Outside of that, the only other possible solution I can find seems to be to &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/simulation-mechanical/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Ribbon-toolbar-missing-in-Simulation-Mechanical-2016.html?st=ribbon" target="_blank"&gt;reinstall and make sure you delete the ribbon settings in the registry&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Simulation Ribbon Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For the last few days I have been experiencing an issue with Autodesk Simulation Mechanical in which the ribbons do not load properly, rendering the program unusable. &amp;nbsp;One or two tabs may load correctly in some instances, but the others will be blank.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for replying.&amp;nbsp; I will try the things you have suggested.&amp;nbsp; Just wanted to make note that this only is happening when logged into the user profile.&amp;nbsp; If i log in as an Admin or on the local machine account the ribbon issue is not happening.&amp;nbsp; So seems to be profile based.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
