Simulation Ribbon Issue

For the last few days I have been experiencing an issue with Autodesk Simulation Mechanical in which the ribbons do not load properly, rendering the program unusable. One or two tabs may load correctly in some instances, but the others will be blank.

Hi @Anonymous,

Not sure what might be going on. Have you tried running REGALL.BAT? Does running as administrator help?

You could try the advanced method in this help article.

Outside of that, the only other possible solution I can find seems to be to reinstall and make sure you delete the ribbon settings in the registry.

Thank you for replying. I will try the things you have suggested. Just wanted to make note that this only is happening when logged into the user profile. If i log in as an Admin or on the local machine account the ribbon issue is not happening. So seems to be profile based.
