Viewer Error

i have created the parametric part with ilogic form. it works fine and i uploaed it into the C360 it works fine

And then i have created the simple webpage and embed it into the C360. while test the Web application am not able to get the model on the viewer. Please find the attachment for the Error.

Could you please help on this

You have to give permission to the website link from your c360 options

I have added in the options tab but still am not getting

Am using the trail version is it make any difference on that?

That is not a link, you should just allow the vanilla website link, not any subfolders.

just type like www.codeo.com.tr

no subfolders like www.codeo.com.tr/something/etc

Hi Shunmugasundaram,

About the error, there are two things you need to check to resolve the issue:

1. Go to the https://configurator360.autodesk.com/Dashboard/Designs and make sure the embedded C360 design is set to "Unrestricted viewing".

2. Go to the https://configurator360.autodesk.com/Dashboard/Options/Embedding and make sure the option "Allow these authorized sites to embed configuration pages of my designs" is checked, and the site is added into the list.

As per your comments i have changed the settings on the C360

Its working fine for now
