Hi @kgueorguiev,

You can disable the second op by disabling finish bottom under the Drill/Mill options from the stratergy tab. I have attached a screesnhot. This will just give you the one finishing op.

Why does FeatureCAM generate two Finish operations on this feature?

In the file I have posted, I want to finish these holes by circular interpolating with a .05" z increment, but for some reason FeatureCAM wants to split into two different "Finish" operations, and the second one is giving me a tool length warning. The first "Finish" does exactly what I want; I have no need for the second one and do not know why it is being generated.

I've seen this happen before. Normally I ignore it, but this time I'm trying to get a really good surface finish and I worry that the second "Finish" pass will gouge my hole like it does in the 3D simulation:

Purple Gouge
