Good morning, I have a contour geometry that i took off a model that was created in NX software, I imported the model as a STP file into featurecam. when i try to program a tool path that includes this contour Featurecam wont use it, when i select the contour the properties is greyed out, is it possible to slice the surface where the geometry came from in half and create my own contour from the slice? i even created a curve from the contour line and i couldnt program that. i cant send any file out which doesnt help. any ideas? i have a machine waiting.
