That is a section of the program. The program will run correctly if we start from the beginning. When it is re-started it loses the X. Sometimes we cant. What I need to clarify is that it restarts but the x is in the wrong location. The problem occurs when we re start a specific tool.

I am trying to run this part in a Mazak Integrex. I am using Featurecam 2020. The issue is when I try to re-start the program to re-run a tool the machine starts but does not go to the proper X location. On the finish cut the tool should be at 7.249. On the machine control it stops at 10 inches, and thinks it is at 7.249 and starts to cut. I am missing something here but cannot figure out what. Any help is appreciated. I had to post it this way it is an EIA file and my EIA attachment would not send

N15 (NEW C2539-1 12-9-2019)
N20 (MAZAK e 650 H MATRIX CONTROLs)
N25 (PART NUMBER=c2539-1)
N30 (STATUS=)
N35 (MACH=MAZAK)
N40 (BL DRAWING=)
N45 (DATE CREATED - 12-9-2019)
N50 (REVISION=)
N55 (PROGRAM NUMBER=000001)
N60 (LOCATION=FEATURECAM)

( MAIN SPINDLE, TURNING )
( SEMI-FINISH TURN GAGE CUT SHOULD CHECK 7.269 )
N75 G18 G20 G40 G54 G80 G95
N80 G64
N85 M202 ( MAIN TURN MODE )
N90 T3.1 M06 ( GAGE CUT )
N95 G53 G91 G30 P3 X0.
N100 G91 G30 P3 Y0.

If your finish cut is really supposed to be at 7.249 then this probably isn't a programming issue. Your issue is at the machine. If this is only happening when you go to restart the tool, make sure you are starting all the way back at the toolchange or the M1 at the end of the previous op. My guess is you're starting further down the code and it's not picking up the tool and work offset.

If this is happening on every run, and not just when you go to restart a tool, then doublecheck your work and tool offsets.

I am wondering if the G10.9 at the end of the process is causing the issue. I am going to block skip it when the operator comes in.

Just to clarify, the whole program ran through once right? Is this purely an issue with re-running a tool or are you having trouble with the finish pass every time?
