Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for contacting me on this case.

I verified the fm file and found last toolpath "balade rad fin2" was causing the problem. I am not sure but it doesn't seem to be anything wrong from your side. I created a new surface and created a new toolpath. Attaching the project and let me know if you have any questions. I can simulate now in 3d as well as 2d without any problem. If you have any problems simulating the project, please provide a post-processor file.

Thank You.

thanks for your quick response.

that project is o.k.

I attached same project this one also I get same 3d simulation gouge problem. I attached post also. please check it.

I run same sequence of operation I got 3d simulation gouge. if I change the operation sequence it will work fine.

where I did mistake ? same problem I got several time. please advice the best way,

Hi,

Please proceed to process NC code, then check to see if your clearances and rise height are sufficient in the program. Sometimes the gouge shows on the simulation b/c of insufficient clearance height in the feature > properties > Misc page, but processes NC correctly.

Hope this helps,

Z CLEARANCE AND INDEX Z CLEARANCE ALL ARE O.K. This problem I get frequently, adjust and skip and doing .

actually 4th axis rotation operation then 3 axis positioning I will do this operation is run opposite side . I checked machining side is o.k. what is going on here I don't know,, I got same issue lot of time still I am not get solution.

I see this frequently in other aspects of simulating as well, so I've just learned to check the NC, after making sure my clearances are set correctly, and move along to the next project if the NC checks out, which it has so far in all instances.
