Hi
Its not a coincidense. The system requires soace to write the RVM file - if it doesnt find the space, it fails
I wish the cloud message is clearer why this happens but am happy it works now for you
T

When I try to submit a project thru Memento, I get an error. Under the thumbnail, it says Error:"projectname"

when I try to submit thru recap360.autodesk.com, I get an error "there was a problem creating your scene ER0104"

(all of my photos are on the A360 drive)

It may have been an issue with my storage. it said I had 2.5 gb availbale. I thought that was enough space. after deleting a few projects, I had 7 gb available and the model was created successfully. not sure I solved it by freeing up space or it's just a coincidence but it's working for me now...

I am trying to create a 3d model with pictures of a model. Every time I upload pictures through Autodesk recap 360, while it's submitting at 94 % it shows this error: problem creating your scene ER0104

I tried different pictures and also different numbers of pictures. but still, I get the same error.
