I'm not yet printing with Memento as I'm still in the research stage for my project but hope to be using the Mcor Arke when it becomes available. I'm hoping to be able to print full color 3D models.

Any updates to this thread? I'm considering an inexpensive 3D printer ($400 - 800) and wondering what type other forum members are using successfully...there used to be a list of supported printers but I can't find int now... Thanks, James.

Hi James,

I'm focusing solely on full colour printing so don't really have any suggestions for you.

I'm currently using Shapeways for all my printing. I'm focusing on full colour figurines from my scanning rig so there's really no other option. Haven't found anyone in Canada who will print consistently for outside clients using the Projet printers and I don't have $65,000 Can. for a used printer.

I'm not looking at doing my own printing at this point. I had been considering the Mcor Arke but it's been over 1.5 years since the announcement and I'm not sure if they're close to shipping. The results I've seen online don't offer the same fidelity of the powdered based printers.

There, that's my rant. Best of luck on finding a printer you like.

Memento turned into ReMake some time last year. I stopped using ReMake and moved to RealityCapture as the results seemed to work better with more success and detail than ReMake.

Maybe look on the forum for reference to ReMake and no longer look for anything under Memento as that was the Beta name and they may have pulled reference or support for it.

You could try contacting MatterHackers. I believe they're one of the larger 3D printer sales companies in the US and see what they might suggest. I get regular emails from them on topics like yours but haven't read them.
