Any idea as to what causes this?

It has happened of several of my scans. It doesn't always happen, the next series shot exactly the same way might be perfect.

Hi there,

my first impression is you used a shiny plate to put that burger in. That is likely the reason why reconstruction is messed up. However, please let us give a look to the photo set, so people can be more accurate in evaluating what is the issue.

Same thing is happening to me. I've converted 51 photos and it's not captured the back of my person.

Hi Jessica,

could you provide more detail on the way you took the photos or a screenshot of the whole photo set? It would be easier to understand where the problem stands in.

I am having the same problem where the back of my model is missing I use the online software and various numbers of photos up to 50. I see where people are using hundreds of images? Do I need to buy the software to get it to work? Please suggest solution.

Hi John,

From the photo sample that you have sent us, it looks like there is not enough photos to connect the front and back together. Meaning to say the photo coverage for the side of the body is not sufficient and more photos will be needed with 60% to 80% overlap.
