TIP: How to enabled third party cookies with Google Chrome

Here is a document that shows how to enable third party cookies in A360. If you are seeing an error...

First check third party cookies, steps below:

Open Google Chrome – Settings – Show Advanced Settings- Content Settings and check if “Block Third party site cookies” is checked or not.

If the field is checked, then either uncheck if it’s OK to do so or click on Manage Exceptions, add [*.]autodesk.com, select Allow and Save.

Now go back to the A360 desnng in the viewer and click refresh on the WEB page. You should now be able to view your file.

Screen shots that show the steps listed above.

The key is to re fresh the page to verify that it's working.

NOTE: This is for Google Chrome.
