This setting is what is doing it.

What produces this.

If you set it to the model top for the top height and model bottom for the bottom height you get this.

This is all it needs to work properly, the correct parts selected in the setup and the hights set to model top model bottom.

Please forgive the link. The file is to big to upload.

https://a360.co/3fTKodX

I am using morph spiral in this CAM. I cant get the morph to cut to bottom depth on some parts. Strange is the 2 corner parts are identical, one being the mirror of other. The top right part morph operation goes to bottom depth set at -.71 in. The lower left does not go to bottom depth.

Please help. I cut parts out of 3/4 in plywood. I then use a stack lamination to make a product.

I have done this with success many times. Today this problem reared for first time. I have checked depths, setups, and tried scallop, parallel, (not shown,) with same failure.

Sincere thank you for spending time reading and replying to this post. At least I did so.

Thank you.

Daniel, if stock size, Z in set up reads .84, not .75 can selecting model top model bottom be correct? I have been using for bottom, origin -,75. in operation model bottom reads .76. I just offset to correct depth?

Why muck around trying to get something to work when setting the model top and model bottom does what is needed without trying to get the offset correct? (just asking why).

Yes, you can do that and for some reason, it is working today with just fixing the setup. It is just using model top, and model bottom, is faster as you have to edit the bottom height offset with the way you do it now, and yes if you do not want it to cut all the way through you have to use an offset anyway it is done.

With Fusion you can do it anyway you want to a point.
