I'm a beginner so perhaps I have done something wrong here but any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to setup a tool path for a 2D contour, but when I set the heights how I want, it doesn't reflect them accurately on the visual model. All the values seem to be shifted upward in the +Z direction by almost 10mm. I don't have it set to leave any stock and I'm not sure what could be causing this offset.

Those values come from where you set your work origin. Where did you set it? Also instead of taking a picture with your phone and posting that, you can go File>Capture image for a direct screen shot. But that is not always helpful. It you can attach your file to this post by going File>Export>*.f3d, that way we can see what setting you actually have in your file if the best way to get an answer.
