I don't think I can edit/delete my OP.

So I'm an idiot. Too used to a probe. Used a wobbler indicator to pick up my X, forgot to offset it .1" lol. Fusion is working fine.

Hmm. So I have a setup with just one filleted hole. .031" square end mill making the pocket, .03125" ball for the fillet. Now the square EM mills the pocket perfectly, but the ball doesn't. The ball is perfectly on center in X and Y, but the Z depth is maybe 30 thou under.

What it should look like:

What it does look like:

I triple checked my G54, and tool offsets. For kicks and giggles I stuck the ball EM out a bit more in the collet, put it in a different tool pocket, and retouched it off. Ran it again, same result. I can run other programs just fine. So I'm assuming the mill and other programs are ok. The toolpath also does simulate correctly so I'm not sure what it could be.

Any ideas?

.f3d file attached.

scrap that tool path and try 3d parallel maybe.

edit: im going to guess the Z depth is the multi axis toolpath or setup. for a temporary fix id just bump the z up.

Oh I thought I attached a pic showing it's the Flow toolpath in question.

I'm curious, why do you say I shouldn't use Flow?
