You have compensation set to "Right" and you also have a 1mm extension.

Set your compensation to Center and Pass Extension to zero

A customer wanted to me to engrave a pattern he provided, everything looked fine in CAD, no problem in CAM but when I have made all settings the lines are extended in the preview (and when machined). Where two lines meet they are extended and cross each other. Have checked all settings. Note it isn't apperant when in the CAM setting, only in the preview. As soon you go in to edit all looks fine.
