&lt;P&gt;Can you share your part or an example part? The rapid feedrate sounds odd. Make sure you have G0 enabled in the post at least.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem with 4th axis engraving</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to engraving with the beta wrap tool path on and notice that I'm getting some really weird Feeds. I have the feeds set at 2 for plunge and speed as its the first time I've tried this part of the software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using the Haas a-axis with -a post.&amp;nbsp; Any idea's&amp;nbsp; I'd &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;G93&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="systemoutput"&gt;Inverse Time Mode ON&lt;/SPAN&gt;, translates the linear (inches/mm) feedrate into a value that takes rotary motion into account.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;G93&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;specifies that all&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;F&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(feedrate) values are interpreted as strokes per minute. In other words, the time (in seconds) to complete the programmed motion using&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;G93&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;is 60 (seconds) divided by the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;F&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;value.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;G93&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;is generally used in 4 and 5-axis work when the program is from a CAM system. When you use&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;G93&lt;/SPAN&gt;, the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;F&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;value tells you how many times per minute the stroke (tool move) can repeat.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;G93&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;is used, feedrate (&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;F&lt;/SPAN&gt;) is mandatory for all interpolated motion blocks. Therefore, each non-rapid motion block must have its own feedrate (&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;F&lt;/SPAN&gt;) specification.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Program code&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="userinput"&gt;G93&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to start Inverse-Time mode.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you know Fusion side if there is a way I can set a maximum feed value?&amp;nbsp; The problem I ran into is that once the feed goes over F10000+ the controller can not interpret the value and the program freezes at that point.&amp;nbsp; I went in and edited the code by hand for any value greater then F9000 but it would be nice to do it software side to help eliminate the hand editing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other thing I noticed if that for rapid moves it has a feed of F.8XX (Can't off hand remember the last two digits.) So it takes an eternity to go from one side of the part to the other side of the part.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
