I am in need of finding someone with experience in very small flat and ball end mills (1/32" and smaller) to advise on a part not in a public forum. Micro machining is new to me and I'm looking for someone that can advise on the correct fusion paths and approach when engraving with these very small tools. It's easier to swallow my pride and ask for help than destroy hundreds of dollars in tooling trying to figure it out.

Project is in brass 3X3 square 2.5 D part.

Please reply here and we can connect offline of the forum, or do a online review.

Thank you

Peter Belfanti

Belfanti Machine works.
