Everything in Fusion looks fine. What sort of machine is it and are you sure it's cutting everything else to size? If you're really getting 3.8" from a 4.05" pocket that's a big deal, losing 1/4" over the diameter. You haven't got any compensation set (only pops up if you select a finish pass) so there's nothing there that should be affecting your code.

Hi,

In the attached file there is a 4.050" pocket, to take a shallow box. When I actually cut it I get about 3.80" and I cant figure out why, the smaller thru pocket is also too small. I think my problem is in Fusion and no doubt there is a setting I have wrong. Could someone have a look at it? I need to get my bathroom finished, or else!

I am running Linux CNC. I have not had this problem before and after this. I will check the settings again, must have missed something. Thanks.
