&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the forum and I am sorry for&amp;nbsp;the late reply.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have found that this is usually an issue with AntiVirus software not liking one of our files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please send me an email to:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would like to schedule a TeamViewer session and take a look at your system to see it we can get you back up and running.&lt;/P&gt;
