topic Y axis lathe tool orientation issue in Fusion Manufacture

Good morning folks I have a newbie question for you. I am attempting to mill flats on a haas st25y with the radial live tool. Ok here is the issue. I can not get it to change my tool orientation without it changing my axis. I need to be perpendicular to the x plane and mill in zy with the end of my endmill. If i get the tool perpendicular to the part then the axis changes. I need the xzy to stay the same and just change the tool orientation. Any help would be appreciated.

Changing the tool orientation WILL change the visual display of the axis (in the toolpath), this is intended. Are you having issues at the machine itself?

I was just coming back to say I realized when I posted the program that it was indeed cutting in yz as intended. My fault I got a little ahead of myself.
