Looking at the code, it appears to be simple axis substitution where your rotary is now controlled by your Y axis commands.

Do you know (or can you find out) how they programmed this in their own CAM system? It looks like they created a surface that's essentially just an unwrapped cylinder (or bat, in this case).

Hello,

I'm programming a Laguna Turning CNC and am looking for a machine profile and post processor. I reached out to Laguna and they sent me a .pp file with a demonstration NC file. It looks like Fusion wants a .cps file for the post processor and .mch for the machine profile. I was able to attach one of the demonstration files, but not the .pp file to this post.

Is there a way to use these to set myself up in the CAM environment? This is my first CAM project so I'm probably just missing some silly.

Thank you!
Logan

So, this is a "lathe" that's bolted onto a CNC Router table? Do you know if it's simply a motor that spins the chuck, or does it have actual indexing ability like an integrated 4th axis?
