Your right Mark Spun profile is a work in progress. Personally I normally do a sketch of a arbitrary point placed to it doesn’t intersect any holes or cutouts and it works every time.

I was just about to post what's below but thought I'd try something first. I found if I opened the setup unselected Spun Profile then reselected Spun Profile clicked OK the toolpaths generate, something flakey with spun profile I think.

It seems like Spun Profile is not working all the time. I found drawing a line at 30° and aligning the X axis in the setups got the toolpaths working again.

File's attached.

Just tested my suggestion to unselect reselect and it didn't work a second time, not good when the software doesn't do the same thing twice!

Thanks Jeff, I thought you needed a line or edge for the axis to point along, didn't realise you could just pick a point you want the axis to point at.

It’s the original way to avoid holes and cutouts, and it works in all 3 products. As I said I find it quick easy and works every time.
