Hi. It may be a good idea to backplot your code in NC Viewer. That way you determine where the problem exists. It is possible that the CNC code is fine and there is a different problem.
https://ncviewer.com/

Hi all

im using fusion 360 (that i buy for testing in 60$ / month) and uccnc software

my machine is stepcraft D840 -2

my issue is when i post process to uccnc with more the one tool operation (i.e.. 2D contour and holes drilling)

i see it in uccnc in very very small scale and spindle are moving much much slowly

if i post process with one tool operation (i.e..only 2D contour ) its all works fine

any idea what can cuz this issue?

maybe fusion360 license limitation?

Thanks

Netanel.

This could also be an Inch to MM type of problem. There may be a M or G code in the CNC program that the uccnc is having a problem with. If each individual toolpath back plots correctly on your uccnc, then you should be able to make this work as one big program. If you have a paid version of F360, there should be no limitations on the size/accuracy of the CNC program.
