I had a good play around with this and am seeing the same results, I have come across this behavior before and found that regenerating the previous ops(even though they have valid toolpaths) has fixed it but I tried that, which took like half an hour+ and no change.

I tried creating a new adaptive from scratch and the same result.

it does appear to be a bug as the in process stock is displayed on the screen, but I'm not sure if the displayed IN process stock and the IN process stock used for toolpath calculation are the same.

I wonder if you are just past the limit of it capabilities as there is A LOT going on prior on this part.

This does indeed look like a bug. I'll do some more testing but I think I'll end up reporting it to our development team. I'll update the thread either way later on.

Hi @FrodoLoggins, I ended up reporting the problem to development, as expected. I couldn't see a good reason why those toolpaths wouldn't calculate correctly. I'll update the thread when I hear more about it. For future reference I opened task number CAM-34821.

Thanks for reporting this!
Paolo
