      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to design a checking fixture for an industrial wire. It should serve as a manual (go/nogo) verification of a proper wire bending. I think that creating a mold an dividing it into two separate parts could do it. However, I can't figure out how to split the wire exactly in the middle (together with the surrounding mold body) as the wire is obviously not flat. I mean in order to have two corresponding mold parts. You are correct that the irregular shape make this a challenge. Is this single wire shape what you need or will you need to create many check fixtures for more complex parts?
