CAMDuct - Changing Languge diction.ary

I have been trying to change language trought dictionary editor to Finnish , I have saved diction.ary files to fFnnish and when i open them they show Finnish but when i open Camduct all text still show as english. I have changed in all these folders:

CAMduct

RemoteEntry

Tracker

So what am i doing wrong to not get it to convert to Finnish for the parts that have been translated?

Thank you that did the trick, I had to add /L=Finnish to start file to get it to work
