The current system is used when drawing a design line. The current system determines which components available to populate the design line. When each segment of the design line (such as start to branch, branch to branch, and branch to end....) is populated, the system fabricated duct length (I'll assume 1400 in your case) is used between fittings wherever possible. If the duct length divided by the fabricated duct length is a whole integer without a remainder, all the duct lengths will be the standard duct length. In your case, the segment lengths don't match exactly resulting in duct a length less than 1400 in each segment of the design line.

If you only want a single duct between fittings (disregarding actual system fabrication limitations), you can do so by making the standard database duct length longer than the longest anticipated segment length.

If you only want full length segments between fittings, you will have populate the design line and adjust branch locations and design line accordingly.

i'm new intern, i have problem with design line in ESTmep.

after drawing the main design line, I started adding branches to that design line,

When I do fill in 3d, on the main duct lines appear small length ducts,

How do they all be straight ducts and I still haven't figured out how to do that.
please help me.
thanks everyone
