CAMduct MAJ file loading error

Hi,

I'm new to CAMduct and I'm trying to load a file sent to us from outside our organisation.

I'm currently using CAMduct 2022 and I'm wondering if this file has been saved in an earlier version? although I thought I would be able to open it see that I have the latest version.

The file is from a trusted source but I don't if it's something I'm doing wrong or i have the wrong settings? Even if this is so surely I should still be able to open it?

hi there

it does not matter what version the file was created on as they are all compatible with each other

i would suggest the files are corrupt

having said that i do not use version 2022 and i would suggest 2021 as being more stable and less bugs but that's a long shot
