Not able to download Building 3D content in FAB CAD MEP

Hi,
when I try to download the Building 3D content within AutoDesk fabrication CADmep, the popup dialog box shows content download feature require an active internet connection.
Can please you suggest what could be the reason to get this kind of error? Refer screenshot for more information.

To my knowledge, they stopped this feature a while back, it was nice though.

Site/Services was show down long ago.

However, if you install the latest "default" configurations from Autodesk, you'll have everything that was on that site.

If you need content, these guys do a decent job....
