Hi all,

I'm trying to solve this, but no luck so far. What's the case?

We're producing round welded elbows from time to time. I need my plasma not to fully cut inside lines so i need to have micro bridges there. Now i'm doing this by hand in edit development. As example - elbow 100mm out of 4 parts.

Pic. 2 - setting up Marker Depth (3mm for instance)

Pic. 3 - V markers visible in the development

Now I enter the room, on a horse, whole in white.

I'm erasing V markers - so now I have a small bridge in the middle, afterwards i move those pink lines from the edges.

So now we've got a situation like on:

Pic. 4 - after cutting, we have one plate almost cut into four, we can fold it into a pipe, weld one seam and cut out those small bridges - we've got 4 parts ready to be rotated and welded together.

Does anybody know how to do this without a manual part? It takes to much time to it by hand every time.

The Tool you need to do this is "STITCH".

This can be done either on the part using "Edit Developments - Profiler - Profile Menu - Stitch"

or after nesting using "Manual Nest - Operation Menu - Stitching"

Hope this helps.
