Items are missing in CADmep

Hi,

I am pretty new to CADmep.
It used to show items in CADmep but now they are all missing.
I tried to uninstall CADmep and reinstall then update 2019 to 2019.1.
Still, ADSK contents don't show up in the pallet.

I need your help to figure out how to start working on CADmep.

It looks like your MAP Buttons dialogue box has docked at the top, where it says Fire Alarm. Pull that line down to the middle of screen then dock back in original location. Same would go for the Service & Section Dialogue box, it should be floating around somewhere. If it gets closed, the command to reopen is USESYSTEMS.
