The option I think you are looking for is the Seam - "S1"

See screen shot attached

Hi,

This may seem like a very silly question and a very simple one but brand new to camduct and not seeing any glaringly obvious option for "lap" as in at the end of each segment of a segmented bend when developed. When developing by hand we use 15mm laps on both ends of the pattern but as I say, I'm struggling to find this option in camduct, maybe its just called something else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thankyou

Hi Steve

This is done by using connectors

for a segment bend it has 3 connectors

C1 Lock is the segment allowance you are looking for

C2 and C3 are the allowance added to the ends of the bend

as per attachment

You may need to setup your own allowances in the connectors section and you can do that by accessing the database-fittings-connectors
